JEFF SIMILIEN

Jeff has been brokering commercial for over a decade. During this time he has brokered several transactions with major franchises such as NASA, Papa John's, Dominos, Dunkin' Donuts, Frugal Furniture, Metro PCs, Boost Mobile, IFSI, Victory Programs, Ground Martial Arts Inc, Ladies Garment Workers LLC. his focus has always been on assisting business owners to acquire commercial property or lease commercial retail space. Hard-working individuals deserve legitimacy in the often-inequitable commercial real estate industry.
His extensive background in real estate Development was key when he branched into the world of cannabis, giving him an educational edge when it came to zoning, building, and other construction related challenges faced by many cannabis businesses. Jeff has develop several construction projects in the city of Boston, also in Lowell most recently a 20 unit Mix use property.
Business Management degree from Curry College, Real Estate Broker's License, also studying Real Estate Design, Construction, and Project Management course from Boston University enable him to manage his ventures and also provide service to his real estate clients in MA, RI, NY, and GA .
